We thoroughly clean the tank interior to ensure optimal sediment levels, preventing blockages and maximizing the contact surface area between the wastewater and the neutralizing media. Finally, we recharge the tank with new, high-quality limestone chips, test the system for correct pH, and provide complete documentation for your records. This end-to-end service ensures your system is immediately returned to full, compliant operation, maximizing its effective lifespan.

- High Schools and Middle Schools
We provide essential Acid Neutralization System maintenance for facilities that regularly discharge acidic or corrosive laboratory and industrial wastewater. Our clients primarily include educational and research institutions, where this service is vital for regulatory compliance. We partner with Colleges, Universities, High Schools and Middle Schools to manage their chemistry lab waste infrastructure, protecting their plumbing assets from corrosive discharge. Additionally, we serve independent Laboratories and industrial facilities that have specific pH balance requirements. For all clients, we offer a scheduled, reliable service plan to ensure continuous compliance and reduce the risk of emergency system failures that could halt critical research or educational activities.
Comprehensive system services.
Minimize system downtime, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
Prevent costly compliance violations related to the discharge of untreated corrosive materials.
Avoid expensive repairs to sewer systems resulting from corrosive discharge.
The importance of maintaining your Acid Neutralization System cannot be overstated. By ensuring your system functions correctly, you achieve three critical outcomes. First, you prevent costly compliance violations related to the discharge of untreated corrosive materials, safeguarding your facility from heavy fines and environmental liability. This is paramount for achieving sustained Regulatory Compliance. Second, our maintenance helps you avoid expensive repairs to sewer systems and internal plumbing that would otherwise be corroded by low-pH discharge. Regular service extends the life of your expensive assets. Our proactive maintenance minimizes system downtime, ensuring uninterrupted operations for your labs and facilities, allowing you to focus on your core mission without unnecessary disruption.
