HISTORY

Our Professional History

Brothers Matt and Tom Clark founded GSS. Each brings over 30 years of industry knowledge to the firm. They began their careers working for their father. There, they learned the Environmental Services business from the ground up. Eventually, they established their first company, TMC Services (TMC). Under their leadership, TMC became a major regional player. The firm was known for customer satisfaction and cost-effective solutions.

Growth and Innovation

TMC grew from a small start-up into a competitive regional leader. This success eventually led to a merger with ENPRO. Subsequently, the group became a definitive industry leader. Following the final acquisition of ENPRO by the National Response Corporation, Matt and Tom decided it was time for a new chapter. Therefore, they took their expertise and founded Green Site Services Group, Inc. Today, GSS continues to challenge the status quo. We prioritize hands-on leadership and technical precision in an ever-growing market.
