We serve a diverse range of private and public sectors throughout New England and Eastern New York. Our Project Management and Sales teams offer deep, multifaceted experience, while our diligent field crews remain on call 24/7, ready for the next scheduled project or emergency response. We operate with three core pillars:

Expediency: We believe every call demands urgency, whether it is a planned project or an emergency response.

Transparency: All stakeholders deserve to understand the potential risks, costs, and benefits of every project.

Versatility: With two strategically located service centers in Franklin, MA and Dover, NH, a highly trained team, and an extensive fleet of equipment, we are ready to tackle any environmental challenge, any time.

HISTORY

GSS was founded by Matt and Tom Clark, brothers who each bring over 30 years of industry knowledge. They started in the environmental services industry working for their father, learning the business from the ground up. Ready to strike out on their own, they established their first company, TMC Services (TMC). Under their leadership, TMC became widely known for its commitment to customer satisfaction and cost-effective solutions. Over the next 20 years, they grew TMC from a small start-up into a major regional player.

Continued growth led to a merger opportunity with ENPRO, a move that positioned the group firmly as an industry leader. With a final acquisition of ENPRO by National Response Corporation, Matt and Tom were ready for an exit. Taking their knowledge and expertise to the next venture, they founded Green Site Services Group, Inc.—a company established to challenge the status quo in an ever-growing market.
